I normally don't post results to subs since I tend to forget about them butttt. THIS SUBLIMINAL WORKS!! You're right, people who have been told they are pretty, or superior to others in some sort of way (such as being very intelligent or having a high level of skill in a particular area) can often have higher self esteem and be more sure of themselves. But the opposite can also happen. Like, when a person who's always been good at maths, for example, advances in their academics and reaches a point where they cannot simply rely on being naturally good at maths anymore, they need to work hard like everyone else. i've been using this for a while now, and i noticed that i def look better but one thing that i noticed tonight was that i was really likeable?? let me explain. a group of friends decided to host a dance practice for this party we're going to tomorrow (we're hispanic, so we're learning bachata, cumbIa, merengue, etc) and since one of our friends is a pro she decided to come to my house (which has enough dancing space) to practice. Other people came with. I wasn't particularly close friends with them, I saw them around and my brother talks to them while i stuck out like a sore thumb. Not tonight though. This entire night I was making those around me laugh and smile, I held up GREAT conversations and bonded closer with a lot of people. I've gained confidence and became a MUCH better dancer! Know that I've known these people for YEARS and never had the courage to really talk, but ever since I listened to this it made me have a LOT of confidence in myself!
