I think they have a cycle. When it's contest eating day, they eat it all up and afterwards they are fasting and working out to lose all those carbs. Its all about when you eat and when you fast! If you follow that process, you really can eat what you want and still maintain your weight!

Hi Raina!!! I'm here eating a frozen Lean Cuisine and you 4 are eating from a place that I really like!!! We dont have a White Castle anywhere near to us.
