Don't believe the hype. I live here and Ventura has gotten notorious for overpriced festivals with huge problems. The last all you can eat taco festival at the fairgrounds ended in disaster. None of the vendors were aware of the all you can eat and weren't equipped financially or physically to handle the demand. Go somewhere else if you want to have fun. Even the Fair is like Fire Fest
