You are totally amazing to watch. I was overwhelmed by all the meat you packed away and I think your friend was too since he kept filming the size of the stack of trays beside you. It was great to see you doing hot pot again. You are so tiny and seeing you next to the 2 stacks of trays made you look even smaller.The staff there seemed awesome also. I was in the hospital for a week or so and am now trying to catch up on all your posts. Seeing you relaxed and joking with your friends was wonderful since you have been on so many amazing adventures around the world. Beautiful as always!

The number of trays was crazy! But I don't think the fatty meat makes the broth boil faster. I think it's more that the pot was off centre to start, and then adding the meat drops the temperature even further. At about 13:00 you pushed the pot to be more centred, to get heat under the spicy side.

The delicate pieces of beef are in the pot for way too long. Try cooking it for around 10 seconds... make a world of a difference in terms of texture and flavor. But hey... u go gorrrrl...😛😛

I'm watching her chew and chew and chew but it shouldn't even need to be chewed, it melts in your mouth. She did say tho in the video that you're not supposed to cook the food like she does.

@@jenniferluckey2042 that's not well done, that's rubber. Like I said, if you've been to hot pot before, you know those slices of meat are cut so thin you can see through them. They literally need 8 to 10 seconds in the boiling broth to be fully cooked or 'well done'. Putting them in for 10 minutes just turns the meat to rubber which is why when she eats it you can see it's all twisted and shrivelled and she is chewing and chewing and chewing. This kind of meat is extremely fatty and, once cooked through, will melt in your mouth, you don't even need to chew it at all! Someone without teeth could eat it.

My belly hurts just thinking about 9 pounds of meat!!! Last night i ate 3 ounces of fried Swai and tri color slaw. It was delicious, but i was absolutely stuffed. Still ate my two lemon Oreos at bedtime, though. Always room for 2 Oreos! The lemon are sublime!
