Not going to lie this placement is the definition of me. The good and the bad. My mars is conjunct my Saturn. Pluto in Scorpio in the first. It’s true. I will die hard obsess over what ever my object of obsession is. Whether it’s a goal or a person and it’s super crazy how emotionally attached we get to the things we desire and want. They are not to be tested. It’s deeper than that for them. It’s not just a goal it becomes a life force. I actually like this aspect. It makes you a leader. Bad ass. Get shit done type of person. I think any planets in any house can influence personality and attitudes and not just around the Ascendant. The looser the conjunction, the less of an influence. I think you have to be the judge of all of this if you have it. 🤷‍♀️

You know, for conjunctions it can be as much as 10.8 degrees. Obviously the tighter the conjunction, the more we would see it as being quite strong but to me, even in the same sign it can show up as a strengthened influence.

He had Mars in 8th house and I felt like he did exactly the kind of mistakes that I would love cause it really made me be mad at him and that was the only thing that attracted me to him lol

One thing is when you have Mars in the 7th, watch out for contentious relationships where you're always fighting with that person. Obviously I don't mean physically (hopefully!) but even bickering all the time. You might think that is desirable but it's so draining.
