In multiply or release marble race, when a marble enters the "multiply" zone, it will double the strength of the next shot. When a marble enters the "release" zone, it will fire the shot. A shot that comes into contact with a player will eliminate them. Every minute, an additional marble is given to each player, and the starting number increases.

Even though it was an awesome battle, it was a little hard to identify neighbouring colours. I'd suggest, besides changing the hue / chroma, also change the luma / gamma (like in YUV) or the luminosity (like in HSL or HSV / HSB) between each neighbour. As humans main light perception is luminosity perception, randomly changing it would make it way easier to watch.

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried it out, the problem I have with it is that the "rainbow" effect is lost. But it definitely works to differentiate the colours, so I'll probably use that for the next one!

Suggestion: to reduce marble clogging, any marble which touches the selection tiles should decrease their size. Also, many it will be nice to identify the player # of the marble behind their launcher?

ROYAL RAINBOW !! Start was super visually striking, and I liked the dynamic where nearby colors would end up in almost-alliances. Player_7 seeing the giant blue death star heading for it and deciding to kill steal Player_5 at the last moment was very funny.

@@lostmarbles2d I was thinking of a weird sort of system where the closer a color's hex code is to yours, the...less power it takes to convert their tiles? Like, so if someone near you shoots off a large shot, you can kinda piggyback on it. Combined with something that makes colors near each other less likely to kill themselves, but the general idea is that it's something scalable that scales with proximity.

This seems like a better way to do battle royales instead of the grid format, this format causes pseudo allies but removes the issue of having 4 sides effectively able to obliterate 1 color

You know what, the gravity feature would be nice to be added in M/R Battle Royales (charged shots, ofc). This is to avoid massive shots dominating the board. The "shot decay" (decrease 1% every sec) of shots > 100 would also be nice, but instead make it like 2% or more. Also, I am suggesting that bigger shots get slower when approaching an opponent's base. This is to have increased chances of survival/counterplay. Just like the other comment, avoiding marble clottage would make the gameplay more fair.

@@lostmarbles2d I'd fix it by doubling/tripling the number of marbles in the shooting zone. Also the burst 10 didn't work at the end, that would have made it a little faster
