Many other videos out there on how to make these, just me trying my hand at them.
Place 1/4 cup of clear corn syrup into 1/2 cup of very cold water. Stir until water is clear and syrup is dissolved.
Pour the mixture into a small pot on the stove (do not turn heat on right away).
Add one package Jell-O powder and sprinkle 2 envelopes (7g each or 1/4 oz each) of unflavoured gelatine powder over the water/syrup in the pot. Allow to sit for 2 minutes and then gently stir until most of the gelatin has made contact with the water. There should only be a few whitish spots of gelatine floating on the surface.
Turn the heat on to medium low and continue to stir every couple of minutes until gelatine is dissolved, about 10 minutes.
The mixture will get hot, but will not boil.
Once the mixture is very liquid and you can't see any more gelatin bits in the mixture (should look almost transparent), remove from heat and pour into a tall drinking glass.
Allow to sit for about 15 minutes and skim off the gelatin/bubble froth at the top of the glass. Allow to sit for another 5 minutes or so, you should see the mixture becoming quite clear.
If you have non-flexible molds or mold with tiny intricate details, I recommend spraying them with a little bit of cooking spray.
Pour into a condiment bottle for easy pouring if desired and fill molds with the liquid. Gelatin shrinks when setting, so it is okay to fill to the top, or bulging above the top.
Allow to set at room temperature for at least 5 hours. If you try to remove the gelatin and it is sticky to the touch, the gelatin hasn't set long enough.
You may be able to speed this up in the refrigerator, but I haven't tried it.
Remove from mold and store covered in the refrigerator.

I LOVE comments and I read each and every one of them.
I try very hard to answer questions when I can, but there is an excellent chance your question has been answered in the description box or in the comments, so please take a look.
My favourite channel here on KZbin is CookingAndCrafting. Beth lives in Hawaii and makes great meals, desserts and crafts. We met here on KZbin by commenting on each others videos and have since met each other several times in "real life". She is a lovely person and a great friend. Please check her out :)
