Yess! Speak! 🙌🏼 I have clients who are level 2/3 who want to be a 10 in 2 hr. I have one client who has extensions. She expects removal (which is fast) full head foils, tone, treat, and install In under 2.5 hr. Every time she has an appt after etc. Even when I tell her over and over she needs to give time. 🤦🏼‍♀️ cheers anyways! ❤️😘🇨🇦

I watch your videos all the time, I ordered Zala ice queen platinum and when I receive them they look like a light brown. Can you please recommend anything ? The girls hair that you’re doing now not the pink side the ashy kind of platinum look that’s what I’m trying to achieve. @Guy, My hair looked exactly like that last July, I could have died.😭 It took a look of TLC to get it back to the condition it is now. I put a home dye over salon demi dye root smudge, you can only imagine what happened. Did I learn from this. Yes. I haven't touched it since. And as you're not in the UK, I am getting a Hairdresser to dye my hair soon. I'm about a level 8/9 but now decided to go much darker. The up keep of being blonde from a bottle is a nightmare. I was born blonde to. Wish I never touched my hair from the begging. But even as a little girl, my hair was about a level 9 anyway. Time for a change. You're amazing Guy. 💜 You loads. X
