Rainbow High LOOK BOOK for Krystal Bailey (+haircut AND doll eyeswap)

In this video, I'm showing you 4 different looks for Krystal Bailey from Rainbow High! I have been very inspired with all the cool fashion pieces these Rainbow High dolls from MGA Entertainment come with and I really wanted to show you some fun looks, outfits and hairstyles you can play with.
For Krystal, I gave her tight, natural curls, a set of box braids and a short bob haircut. After that, I also wanted to chop off all of her hair, because I will reroot this hair in another video anyways. This way, Krystal also was able to wear a lot of different wigs!
The outfit pieces I used were from both series 2 Krystal Bailey, Jade Hunter and the Avery Styles fashion studio playset.

The box braids look so good on her and show off her hair colors really well. And it's nice to see black hairstyles on her. I feel that MGA should have put more effort into giving her proper tight curls in the first place as well. It's so boring when all the dolls have the same long wavy hairstyle. And I feel that there should be at least one black RH doll with box braids or microbraids. If MGA did it on multiple OMG dolls, they could easily do it on RH dolls.

Thanks!! To keep the dolls stable, I always like to clamp them between my knees! It's a pretty hard angle to film in, which is why I did it off camera!

I know it might sound dumb and I know you have another Krystal but watching you cut all that glorious hair off kind of stung! However, the other looks you gave her and the beautiful wigs all suit her super well! I also commend you on your paitence for braiding her hair and doing neatly! I feel like when you do a reroot with her or should be with hair that is black and has color in corporates into it. Anyways I digress great video

My krystal has defects also, but in the legs and knees. I wonder what happened and why so many are defective? I also had a leg crack in my stella🤔. But my thought was same...get creative!! I love the braids..I think they just really suit her. Do you also, as I do, sometimes look at your collection and wonder why all dolls these days have to have long hair? Im determined to create some short re rooted styles. Love these series of videos..very inspiring. Thank you as always 😊👍

Yes!! Definitely a lot of dolls nowadays have long hair. To be honest, I'm not complaining: I actually love my dolls to have long hair and it's always easier to do a short haircut on a longhaired doll than to do a full reroot on a short haired doll 🤭
