Good tutorial. The essence is from 2:43. This is the way how to play the double bass. Not monotoniously, tatatatatatatata - that,s more sport than music - but eg. here: tam dam tadadam tadadadadadadam etc.

Great studying and you listened to it pinpoint accurate I ve heard players try to copy cozy before you're the first I've heard master it tightly beat for beat and I m a cozy Powell fan been listening to him since I was thirteen I m now 60 and have most if not all his albums and singles he s played he's played on so great performance and respect to you

Hey brother, great effort man. Unless someone tries to play this themselves, they don't really get it. In my humble opinion, with real heavy metal there's Cozy and maybe Ian Paice and Tommy Aldridge and everybody else. You did this as well or better than anyone else I've seen. There's only one Cozy.

The difference between cozy and people covering his his drum track in there own way when copying something we have time to emulate our hero's however when cozy did it one take they didn't have time to play about getting it right
