if you do not have an actual loom hook, you may use a crochet hook, but also, if it’s too big but you can grab the bands, pull the cap onto the free pins, and grab the band you need.

Orange Panda Films, The bands must be placed in the order shown and looped in the order shown. I suspect that you are not looping your bands correctly. All of the bands above the band that you are looping must be pulled back and the band that you are looping must be pulled through. This is how that bands are looped and how they connect to one another. Please watch closely starting st 3:38. Once you get how to loop the bands, making bracelets will become easier for you. Hang in there!
