Rainbow Pear Swiss Roll Tutorial

Colorfully dyed pears enrobe the softest, most delectable swiss roll cake! I use @indulgewithmimi 's roll recipe...failproof and delicious (no cracking, and not dry, like a lot of rolls I've tried!).
Follow along as I tint sliced pears with edible pigments, sweeten them with a sprinkling of sugar, parbake at a low temp, and then arrange them to be covered with Mimi's scrumptious fluffy batter, and baked to completion!
