If they didn’t go the direction of aliens with extraction, I would’ve loved the idea of a side game to siege where it’s based on single player/co-op, where you go through different operations the characters have been on and go through their backstories, and how they got to Rainbow. They probably won’t do it, but a guy can dream.

Barely any comments here about what was said about Nighthaven being involved in a killing - specifically Yahata. Wasn't Yahata the guy that Azami was meant to be protecting but died in her cinematic? What is Nighthaven hiding behind smoke and mirrors? Update: I rewatched Azami's cinematic. Yahata was the man she was protecting and a bullet/item she handed to Hibana has "QCR" written on it - reading up about it suggests it IS linked to Nighthaven. And Azami wants revenge for what happened. I sense some good lore forthcoming.

Ubisoft cannot make commercial R6 show. They have license to use Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six trademark to make games and public trailers and animations that are related to the games. Making show that would be on Netflix or Amazon Prime is a bit no-no. That's a problem because R6 books were created before games unlike other Tom Clancy's series.

To be entirely fair, he had the idea of a heartbeat monitor being able to see through walls. Considering the doctors thought I was dead because they couldn't detect a heartbeat through my mom's stomach, I'd say he had some futuristic ideas. Plus, with most of his military books being guessed on how it works (and getting detained and talked with by the actual military), I don't think he'd have hated this as much. It states in his original book that the design of Rainbow Six was to protect people, and to continue branching out to make sure everyone was as safe as possible. Maybe not where he was heading, but I don't think he'd really mind how far R6 has come.

@@lessavini Of course it's fun! And I totally get it. When I saw how drastically different jt evolved from Book, to the like 80 games that came out around it, to now, it's a big difference. Plus, I mostly enjoy the lore of the game, and the fact that they come up with gadgets that can possibly be made is kinds fun. I think overall it has curved from its original counter terrorist game to an intense, apocalypse type game, with a literal April fools joke making everything pink, but it's kinda fun that way. I can say though, they did the animation justice.
