Except thats not gonna happen because some guns are just better no matter what especially in defense What you are asking is just giving everyone the same weapon, how is that fun? That would make the game even more stale and now people would pick 3 speed ops over heavier ones unless the heavy ones have abilities that allow them to excel in gun fights like Doc.

It wouldn't make the game more stale because it would put more emphasis on things like utility, rather than weapon. Leading to an increase in people using util, rather than just going for someone because their gun is good.

@@Vexossoul but how? How do you make bad weapons better without turning them into the better guns we already have? Increase damage per hit on slower smgs? Tachanka’s LMG does 70 damage and punches holes into the walls even DMRs cant do that but some people still prefer the smg because it has a magnified scope. Instead of changing every single gun stat-wise, why dont we just remove magnified scopes from every automatic weapon on defense? DMRs and slug shotguns are harder to use so they can perhaps keep their scopes, Jynxzi even complained about it himself how a kid raced him to picking Goyo but didnt even place his gadgets. Think about this, we remove M.scopes on auto guns would this kid still pick Goyo? Or would he pick an operator that has the kit for a more aggresive playstyle. This would also nerf pixel peeking which is a really strong thing defense can do. Some operators have weaker guns for a reason, either for a more self defense type of gun UMP for castle or a side arm primary like Cav since her main weapon is the supressed pistol, her strenght is the element of surprise she shouldnt be as strong as an attacker. She has the same balancing as the Spy from TF2, not strong for a 1v1 but dangerous with their stealth.

Yeah it kinda will, some guns like the vector can be hard to get headshots with because they shake left and right like crazy when you shoot them. Overall they just need to get everything together. Also not to mention headshots are much more difficult to land consistently on a console controller. 99% of people will have to aim at shoulder level with the f2 because of it’s recoil, if you aim at head level chances are you’re crosshair will go at least slightly above it.

To me, the thing that's absolutely killing this game is ranked 2.0. I've never heard 1 person praise it. I'm hard stuck Emerald 5 with a 1.4 KD because every match I win, the next one will be against all champ players. Then I lose, next game is against my own rank so it's a tossup, but if I win? Champs next game again and I get smoked. For a game that preached balancing so much they really fucked it up with ranked 2.0.

Ranked 2.0 is the absolute worth thing, only good thing about it as i can play with my friends who are ranks below me. Why are they making it so i gain 50 lose 10 or lose 50 gain 10 just make it 25 each way and youll have the natural better players separate from the not so good players

The biggest Issue I've encountered now with the ADS nerf is that attackers will just constantly ADS while pushing rooms. Nobody can even flick anymore unless they're really high level players. But your run of the mill Silver and Golds(Which is like 60% of the playerbase) just constantly ADS near obj rooms. It's so weird to see, It's just sad that the LMG's are basically unusable and that the 1.5x is gone. The 1.5x being deleted was the hardest change for me that I stopped playing for a year. Didn't play much the year before because the updates were just a mess. Old Tachanka was fun but so Toxic when teamed up with Lesion mines. I remember the basement on the old Hereford base was nasty when our lord and Lesion teamed up. I want the old Tachanka back, He's more viable than ever now with a lot of map reworks removing some of the destructible floors and with no more cookable grenades, Plus the MEMES!

I'm in favor of a point system for operator kits. Any operator can have any armor or speed, weapon attachment, or secondary as long as it meets a point limit. For instance; -3 Armor could be 10 points whereas, 3 Speed could be 20. -Acog & 1.5 would be 20 points whereas the lower zoom optics will be 0-10 points -Grip attachments would be anywhere between 5-15 points -Secondary gadgets could be anywhere between 10-30 points. -or an additional charge of your primary for 30 extra points depending on the operator. Up to a maximum of 70 points. So theoretically, you could have a 3 speed rook with Acog and Vert Grip with no secondary gadgets. Conversely, you can have a 3 Armor Bandit, with Acog, a Nitro Cell and a vert grip Make the game give and take, trade-offs that are beneficial to your play style. So you aren't screwed if someone picks an op you're used to

I figured a way to KINDA control recoil (on console) but yeah most the weapons are straight ass like idk how ppl who been playing for years do it but it cant be ENTIRELY me. started R6 years before Jynxzi started closed alpha and balancing has been an issue since the beginning as well as the lack of ability to keep exploits out of the game (OG exploits like vaulting into vans or walls ect were fucked and beyond annoying) EDIT lets not forget they removed hostage and secure area from ranked as well QQ i miss those days over time tho and trying to return LOL maps changed, OP reworks all around with 0 regard to balance, ranked 2.0 eww the list goes on only thing holding R6 together and giving it attention is Jynxzi cause hes okay and hilarious. If Ubisoft was like Epic games then r6 would be fun epic is really good at letting some Fortnite be what it is and not messing with it too much when a gun is bad, they give it a buff until it can compete with other weapons, they don't just nerf everything else. If something is way too open, they nerf it a little bit, they don't nerf it to the ground. There are some occasions, but they, in my opinion, are way better at nerfs and buffs than any other game I've played. Another thing Fortnite is good at is collaborations, they have collaborations people want and they put them into the game well.
