That's not the point, though. Ela and Echo have no special equipment whatsoever and yet they'll possess unique "hidden" perks that benefit them in specific match-ups (Zofia, Dokkaebi). Special filter or not, it would make sense from a gameplay standpoint that other operators also had this kind of interactions. Gas Mask = No gas damage being only an example - if all operators from the same TCU had slight advantages against each other, for instance, it could motivate people to pick more diverse line-ups to avoid being countered, adding more depth to the draft. Then again, this feels more like a little "cute" feature they added to impart personality to the characters than a full-blown thing.

For people saying Dokaebi's camera hack is too strong, let explain why it isnt: attackers are supposed to shoot out the cameras when going in, and if you want to use her effectively, you've got to leave the cameras alive, meaning they keep all of their cameras for longer if your team is playing around her gadget. And she'll be useless in casual because your team will probably still blow out the cameras! It's sort of like if Caviera was on offense: gain Intel through killing someone, and Noone says that Caviera is overpowered. Idk, we'll see when she comes out, but I think rn she'll be just fine

Peek. The word is peek. Also, spawn peeking isn't cancerous, Benny. It's an integral tactic of defending. You can easily counter spawn peeking by simply not running out into the open when you spawn and keeping an eye out for open windows. Spawn killing (as in killing attacking players before they can load into the round and respond), on the other hand, is atrocious. However, Ubi has been careful to prevent or remove lines of sight between buildings and spawn points, so that's not too much of a concern.

I had an idea on how to make Vigil actually have value. What if, in addition to his cloaking, he could hack into drones that were not in use or being watched, or that were jammed by Mute? He could then drone out the attackers, mess with their heads if they don't realize he's there, and have more ways of getting intel. He'd go from a mediocre and non-threatening pick to a very potent and viable operator.

Dokkaebi is a good counter for run-out tryhards, don't you think? Now you'd have more to lose when you get gunned down in a run-out, since your team can't get your phone. Vigil is just another reason for attackers to bring IQ. Reminds me of the "Scrambler" perk from Modern Warfare. Zofia literally has 1 point of health when she gets back up, and her DB Launcher doesn't sound especially powerful. It's a half-sized hole, and if you tried to shoot a concussion in it'd probably get intercepted by Jäger.

Agreed on all points. As for Dokkaebi being OP, I don't agree. It shifts the meta again, as has every past release; you're expected to work as a team and communicate. If you cannot or WILL not do so, Dokkaebi can punish you for it. I've been HOPING for a camera hacker since Year One, so this is definitely an awesome addition. Play the team and objective or get shut down, essentially.

Vigil should not be seen when outside because i think the guy that tells you that you are detected is seeing through a camera and vigils gadget makes him invisible through enemy drones so it should not show where vigils location is. This is just my opinion and it should just say that someone is outside and doesent give the actual location of vigil

Levi Covey but think about this situation: Say its 1 vs 1 left your the attacker is droning the objective in you cant see him anywhere because he is invisible but you know he is there because of the filters so while I'm invisible I can see the drone in shoot it without the attacker not even knowing where it came from so when its time for the attacker to make a move then he won't know where it came from giving Vigil if good The advantage
