This time I did an acoustic guitar cover of Rainbow's famous song "The Temple of the King".
I hope you enjoy the 70's sound.

王の神殿のことを
《Japanese》
「Man of the silver mountain」と同じく、これもまたファンタジーの世界を歌ったようで、同時に「選ばれた者」をテーマにしていますね。
選ばれた英雄が1人で聖域へと赴き、人々の元に新しい何かを持って帰ってくる、というストーリーのようです。英雄譚にはよくあるパターンじゃないかな。
Year oｆ the fox＝狐の年についてネットで調べてみましたが、明確な答えは出ませんでした。西洋では狐はずるがしこい人の意味があるので、人の心があまり良くない時代の比喩なのかもしれません。ただリッチーは当初、year of the foxをyear of teh badger（アナグマ）にしたかったそうで、歌いにくいから今の歌詞に変えたとのことです。だからさほど意味はないのかも。
鐘の音は時を告げるものであり、おそらく何かが始まる象徴でしょう。
昼の光が老爺の歌っている間は出てこず、選ばれた若者の上で初めて輝く、というのは新しい時代の始まりを表しているように思えます。
なお、templeはキリスト教以外の寺院のことでもあれば、聖堂という意味もあります。さらに中世のテンプル騎士団の聖堂もそう呼ばれます

Like "Man of the Silver Mountain," this song also seems to be about a fantasy world, but at the same time, it has the theme of "the chosen one."
The story seems to be about a chosen hero who travels alone to a sanctuary and returns to the people with something new. I think this is a common pattern in heroic tales.
I looked up "Year of the fox" on the Internet, but I couldn't find a clear answer. In the West, fox means a cunning person, so it may be a metaphor for an era when people's hearts are not very good. However, Richie originally wanted to change "Year of the fox" to "Year of the teh badger," but he changed the lyrics because it was difficult to sing. So it may not have much meaning.
The sound of the bell tells the time, and is probably a symbol of the beginning of something.
The fact that the light of day does not come out while the old man is singing, and only shines on the chosen young man, seems to represent the beginning of a new era.
Incidentally, "temple" can mean a non-Christian temple or a cathedral. In addition, the cathedrals of the Knights Templar in the Middle Ages are also called this.

どちらかと言うと Masshanさんの年代だと ツェッペリンやDEEP PURPLEと思いますが 今のこの時代にこういう曲はもう古曲で 今の歌は似たようなサウンドばかりで 少し寂しい限りですね。 時代背景でしょうか…

おはようございます♪ この時代においてハードロックの真髄を感じたバンドですね！ しかしながら、セールス面やライバルのバンドが続々と世に出て来るプレッシャーなどバンド内はかなり大変だったようですね。 70年代初頭はボーカルがメインで レッドツェペリンなど俺より前に出るな〜的なものから一変 ギターリストがバンドの顔と変わりつつ有りました。 VANHALENなどがいい例です♪ リッチーもレコードは出さなきゃ…と躍起でしかしボーカルが見つからない見たいな時代背景です♪

リッチーのハモリかは私もよく分からないですが この曲はリッチーブラックモアズレインボー🌈の1stALBUMで ボーカルは今亡きDIOですね。 まぁ…この年に前バンドDEEP PURPLEに嫌気が刺して来たリッチーで…これほどバンドメンバーの入れ替えが激しいのも珍しいのか…はたまた普通なのか…
