WinWin is the group's lead dancer, rapper, sub-vocalist, and visual. winwin majored in traditional chinese dance in junior and high school for 6 years and got 1st place for dance in his high school. He's a Chinese member of WAYV.

Lovely by Ten and Winwin never cease to impress me every time i see it.💜 PS. They choreograph and chose the style of cloth themself, in fact they did everything almost by themself except filming. You can see it in behind the scene if you have time.😊

Rainbow V is actually the name of the project for wayv members. This project allowed them to do everything they want such as choreograph and arranging song covers. They are split into 3 groups which are Ten&Winwin, Kun&Xiaojun, and last is Hendery&Lucas&Yangyang. Basically SM gave them freedom to do what they want. About Ten and Winwin, they themselves choreograph this dance and they also created the concept of the video, like the use of the tree and the mirror kinda thing, even the clothes, everything that you watch are purely from these two artists. And your interpretation was right, they're one and they're representing the good and evil. And yes, winwin is a lead dancer in wayv/nct, and he has a background in traditional chinese dance, which is a similar type of dance. However, both of them said that this is their very first time trying this modern style dancing and they work so hard to finally finished this masterpiece. This will remain as one of the greatest art an nct members has ever done. Thank you for the great reaction!

All their concepts of this performance, it came from their ideas~ you can check behind the scenes and and whole Rainbow V project by yourself. Winwin has background Chinese traditions dance like jass or ballet. He invited Ten to join and do this project together~ Ten found that it’s interesting because he has NAVER tried to this dance (contemporary ) before it was his first time and they did choreography together you must check it. Other Ten’s things that I recommend you to check you will react or not up to you they are Hit The Stage (Kpop Idols Dance competition) 4 stages he won one stage out of 4 when he just debuted as 87 days in NCT and “Great Dance Crew” (ENG sub available ) (Ten is one of Mentors) you can see his various skills to teach and comments contestants plus his freestyle dancing (battle) and 4 stages of him

Winwin has some of the most beautiful lines i've seen in any kpop Idol but i hardly see people talk about him. The way he moves is just so elegant and graceful. Also yes he is trained in traditional chinese dance, however that's very different to ballet or contemporary, which is why he said in the behind of scenes, that it was quite the challenge for him cuz he never tried contemporary before.

Okay let me explain a little bit 😅 In the video, Ten is decked out in all-white while WinWin is in all-black. The two symbolize yin and yang - life and death - respectively. This can be seen not only in the colors they wore but by where they stood. Ten stands in front a tree that is full of leaves while WinWin stands in front a tree devoid of leaves. Throughout the dance, they are in perfect harmony. Some parts have them dancing the same steps, however, we can see at some points that they try to overpower one another. In the end, they both stop overpowering one another and accept that they are an end to each other. And here 9:40 you can see Ten is playing with something (WinWin) in his hand, which is invisible ofcourse. But yeah and then you can see how WinWin is moving as same as ten is playing. It's like he's controlling WinWin. They're not doing the different thing but overpowering each other.

If you want to know the story behind WinWin and Ten's self-choreographed "Lovely" performance, you should watch the WayV-ehind footage of WayV's Rainbow V project with Ten and WinWin, kzbin.info/www/bejne/ipbUfHSambN6qrc. I will let them explain it to you. :D But, you should know that it wasn't just choreographed by them, everything from the song choice to the story concept, to the set and even their clothing choices was all designed by them. I interpret the performance as they are supposed to represent two halves of the same person. Ten is the good side in white and WinWin is the dark side in gray. Which is why they are looking into a mirror, and why they are mirroring each other. They are looking at their reflection in the mirror and seeing their other half. And the amazing thing is, neither of them have a background in ballet or contemporary -- WinWin has trained since he was young in traditional Chinese dance and Ten's main dance style is hip-hop and popping combined with gymnastics training. (Ten and WinWin are known for being two of the most flexible male dancers in Kpop.) However, they both like contemporary, so, when SM told them to create something special all on their own, they decided to try to create a contemporary dance piece. Rainbow V was a special project that the WayV members did when they first debuted where SM asked them to each come up with a performance all on their own to showcase their talent. So the members teamed up and created performances where they designed everything about the performance themselves. Also as part of WayV's Rainbow V project, Hendery, Lucas and YangYang did a freestyle dance to Post Malone's song "Wow," and Kun and XiaoJun did a live cover of the song "Red Bean." And everything from the way it was filmed to the set and clothing was designed by them.
