You seem quite knowledgeable about the list of names of former champions on the side plates. Would you happen to know if the list of names on the side plates are the same on the V3, expect for the fact the list of names on the V3 would've stop with the last champion to hold the V3 before switching to the V4? Or is the list of names on the side plates of the V3 completely different?

I believe that it's the same concept, exactly like you just said. I'm 100% sure though. I unfortunately hadn't discovered NJPW yet when the V3 belt was around.

I think the V4 debuted in 2008, but I see Brock Lesnar's name on the side plates for the V4 but Brock Lesnar held the V3. So I think the side plate names on the V3 is the same concept, where it is a list of every champion to have held the title. I'm just trying to find out because I've ordered the IWGP V3, V4, Intercontinental & Untied States championships from Mateen, & he messaged me yesterday asking if I knew what names were on the side plates of the V3.

I'd talk to Mateen about the price. It took longer than expected because of multiple lockdowns and religious holidays over there. Purchased on June 29th and received February 2nd. Mateen is great at communication by the way. Imo, he's the best overall when it comes to qualify and communication.
