We all know immigrants and small businesses are the backbone and core of America. Many people have no idea how hard and long hours these folks work to provide services for us which make our lives easier. Then, some lowlife, probably a career criminal that has done nothing but take from a society kills a great worker contributing to society makes no sense. I hope the suspect goes to prison for life where everyday he gets to reflect what he did. I grew up working at my my parents restaurant in the midwest, and I had a random robber pointing a gun right to my head when I was 17. Me and my family came to US in 20 years ago from Korea and started a Japanese restaurant business and worked super hard just like his. I definitely feel his pain and i wish this doesn’t happen to anybody. It is so sad this type of stuff happens to hard working Asian immigrant families like this so often. There has to be something done.

My dad used to work the front desk for a motel when it was robbed and told to empty the register. Even after he listened, one of the guys pistol whipped my dad and left him bleeding on the floor. For what? He did what you asked. The more I live life the more I am starting to believe some people are not really able to think about life outside of their own perspective and think that everyone else around them are video game characters that they can kill or injure for fun and not feel bad about it.

my brother lives basically right across the street from this place. I remember when he told me about what happened. I've eaten there many times but back when it was under different ownership. My brother told me he was in there just the day before it happened. Unbelievable. I had to leave the US. I need to live where things are more safe and sane. I'm glad my mom finally joined me here outside of the country. I was worried for her safety living in Seattle, especially off rainier ave. My brother is still there with his wife and I worry for their safety. I hope they join us outside of the country soon as well. My brother has stated that he was open to the idea and is considering it. The US is imploding and no force can stop it.
