It's really not all that difficult, honestly. Aside from the vocal talent and guitar work, most of this is pretty quick work (I'm also assuming Rain has a pretty strong relationship with Arcaeus, which obviously helps speed things up). The video itself filming-wise is probably a day, they aren't anything special bet get the job done. There's basically no set design at all. Here, at least. It's a warehouse, smoke machine, and a couple flood/spotlights. Recording, programming the drums (and bass, probably.), mixing/mastering is going to take the longest. But shouldn't be any more than a few days for someone competent.

I also set up lighting/sets as a part time gig Most of the grading is either done in post or with gels, very little effects going on visually, the beef of the process is really retakes and alternate angles (assuming there isn't more than one camera being filmed with. Renting Studios/Warehouses/etc. can get financially out of hand real quick, so most try to get in and out of them as quick as possible.
