I'd definitely want the black synthetic version. Don't complain too much about a 6 week wait - I'm STILL waiting for a synthetic Hatsan Flashpup qe which has been on order through my local rfd since the beginning of FEBRUARY! 🤬

Hello Jon, they had them in stock with an assurance that all three would be delivered within a week, then tried to change the order twice to a .177 in camo & .22 in wood, instead of one of each in .177. This all began six weeks ago, & yesterday morning the Edge W turned up in a camo stock, & a .22 edge W, they then told the gun shop not to lete have one even though it was paid for, zero quality control by ASI, I've been over to Celtic earlier because two magazines stopped working, they had had a delivery of an edge W .177 this morning and the barrel was loose ( broken) & they still sent it out, even though on Monday they claimed that they had no .177 in wood, I'm giving the edge a chance as it seems to be tightening up on the accuracy, but ASI need to get their act together on quality control. If they want to be crap I'll call it as it is as obliged to do so, Best Regards, Jon 👍

Very true Jon, it's a shame really because it lays an unstable foundation for a new air rifle manufacturers when releasing their first new range, I'll just carry on doing my reviews & and being an airgunner 👍😁

I preordered the camo version. ASI said there were no .177s in camo in the first shipment so I bought a used Brocock Sniper XR instead. ASI are completely useless.

Totally agree Snuz, the owner even tried to tell the shop not to let me have one for review, Quality Control is out the window mate, apparently they've got some people coming from Turkey to help with Q C, good to here from you again, Best Regard, Jon 👍

@@jonathanhawke2995 I actually got the ixia before the brocock. But after 3 faulty guns I threw in the towel on that. The first two threw pellets against the moderator and the first one leaked. The third ran hot (14.6ft/lbs) so I've been let down by ASI and Range Right recently. Solware were really good and that's where I picked up the brocock in laminate

@@jonathanhawke2995 totally agree. Even though Solware are 120 miles away I'm fortunate enough to cover that area, and I only buy my pellets from them too.
