Daun talas (keladi) kalau di jawa Indonesia, dibuat buntil, cara nya daun dicuci bersih lalu dijemur,buat isiannya kelapa muda yg sudah diparut diberi bumbu terdiri dari : cabai merah, bawang merah, bawang putih, garam sedikit gula dan penyedap rasa,ditambah ikan teri kering yg sudah di asinkan, boleh juga ikan basah besar yg sudah dipotong potong, lalu bumbu dihaluskan lalu kelapa muda yg sudah diparut dimasukkan ke dalam bumbunya dengan ikan nya, kemudian diaduk aduk sampai rata kemudian dibungkus dengan daun keladi tentunya sedikit sedikit hingga menjadi beberapa buah tergantung ada berapa lembar daunnya keladi, daun keladinya bisa 3 lembar 3 lembar tiap 1buntil,lalu diikat dgn tali bersih, kemudian dikukus sampai matang,setelah matang diangkat lalu buat bumbu lagi untuk kuahnya, siapkan bawang merah bawang putih cabai merah, garam udang yang sudah dikeringkan kemiri, garam gula dan penyedap, semua disesuaikan berapa banyak kita membuatnya,bumbu dihaluskan lalu ditumis setelah harum masukkan air, setelah mendidih masukkan buntilnya dan ditunggu hingga meresap sampai lunak kemudian masukkan santan kelapa, kelapa tua yang sudah diparut dan diberi air lalu diperas diambil santannya, diberi daun salam dan lengkuas boleh ditambah daun jeruk purut kalau ada, setelah santannya mendidih diaduk supaya tidak pecah sampai kira kira 5menit mendidih nya lalu matikan kompornya, dan dihidangkan,hmm... insya Allah sangat enak 😊
