I’ve had anxiety for as long as I can remember and I am here to tell you that being extra in tune with your body is absolutely part of it. My mom used to call it body scanning where you kinda go through yourself from head to toe and check in with each bit.. makes going to the doctor interesting when they say oh wow, you’re very in tune with your body 😄

I have to say I’ve been watching you for so many years now and some of my favorite parts of your vlogs are when we get to just see the parts of your day you don’t usually show.
