Rainy Day Speckled Trout Fishing (rip rap fishing tips)

Speckled trout fishing in Downtown Biloxi, Mississippi around casino row. I had the water to myself all day. It was a great day of fishing. We had foggy and rainy conditions all day but the trout fishing was hot. I give you some of my tips for fishing rip rap (how I approach rip rap) and some more DOA shrimp tips.
