I want C151 to operate full weekdays and weekends on NSL and CGL again

@@AxelRaffasya I wish too, unfortunately C151 is only limited to weekday peak hours due to the disruption caused by a C151 set in September. For now, still have to run C151 during weekday peak hours as R151 only has 36 out of 106 sets entered revenue service (less than half of the total still), when more R151 enters service dependant of the rate, more C151 will gradually retire dependent on reliability. This arrangement will last until 2026
