I normally prolong the fast and don’t have breakfast, but I think I’d have to bin that rule if Hank was making it. And the important bit, a proper mug of tea, us brits love tea. When I was in a Starbucks in NY they hadn’t a clue and gave me something watery with steamed milk. 7 days without a proper cup of tea was torture. 😂
