Mike was crazy at times, yeah.... But we can all be like that with drink or drugs...in your system.... The pressure he was under was immense, ..when you realized you was being played and you had to stay like that till the contract's ran out , and other shit,... Snakes and Judases as well ,and people with agendas....my granddad loved him "Ernie Simmons " Irish heavyweight champion 1940 shortly before going to war career cut short. I love him and yeah some stuff is bad ...but put yourself in his shoes for a minute , you would of been crazy as well , so would of I ....I'm just glad hes found happiness and his life is good...he's probably mellowed a little ....but if you took him or was one of those people ...he can still fuk you up ...so stay away and let him continue on the path he's on....god bless iron mike !!

Bro, Mike grew up on Sutter & Amboy. My whole family grew up on Pitkins & Strauss. My grandfather owned a Bodega there. I know a few people that know Mike or grew up around him. But the funniest shit I've ever heard was this dude named Jan that I worked with said, everytime he saw Mike in the Ville, walking towards him, he said he would just cross the street to avoid him. And he told me that he was older than Mike.
