This is my answer: kzbin.info/www/bejne/pYKbc2mYod1_lZY I talked with many designers that are romantic about learning visual/hard skills, focusing too much on the output of their work, but forget about the focusing on the diagnosis and the quality of their service. And 98% of them have the ultimate goal of increasing their prices, and are just wasting their time focusing on the output when the diagnosis and the service they offer are far more important, and they dramatically increase the quality of the output (the websites they deliver).
