So don't tell my plans to my mom? She doesn't realize it but she is a powerful negative manifester. She often tells me that she could not sleep because she was thinking negative things before bed and that she dreams negative things. Then they happen as she feared.

@@nerdkraftnomad sounds to me she is attracting negative things. the more negative thoughts you have an not correcting yourself when having negative thoughts or feelings with positive thoughts an feelings. will only make them come to pass. what you feel an what you believe will come to pass an will be what you attract. my mom is a super negative person. an always like to blame others an never take accountability for her own actions. her constant negativity only manifests till it comes to pass. negative thoughts are not good. it's so bad she is in bad shape all she has is resentment towards everone an everything. over 20years of being Negative she has literally made herself so sick that she is having lots of different kinds of health problems. wish she would listen to the things iv told her. some of which really work stuff that would completely change her life.

She says she doesn't wake up thinking about all the things that might go wrong anymore or stay up all night fixating on those things. Pretty impressive, considering how much energy she was devoting to that stuff. Sorry about your mom. I've let some friends go but where my mom and daughter were concerned, I just decided to see if I could create positive changes in their personalities and it is working. If you really convince yourself that you can, you CAN do anything. If I were you, I'd give it a shot.

Very detailed and well explained information. A few things that may help are learning about energetic timing, energy and the universe moves in waves and certain times you'll catch the wave, other times you'll hit a brick wall with your manifestation work..this is more aligned with the earthly action than anything. Astrology and numerology can be good tools for understanding this but first and foremost trust your gut....get out of want, need, desperation and lack and then and only then can you trust the subtle voice of intuition and you'll never be wrong. Another is use sound vibration in affirmation work and not only visualize the outcomes and feel the emotions of it but feel the sound currents of your own voice and through your body and allow that to be the vehicle to raise your emotional frequencies. This is simple, powerful and very few are teaching or even aware of this. This is especially helpful for those with Aphantasia or have trouble holding mental images. Another is to use sleep programs recording your own voice in the 1st person and recite the affirmations of the sleep program in your mind a few times as you gently fall asleep. The subconscious has a built in defense system that may reject suggestions from a voice that is unfamiliar so subliminal programming doesn't always work as new studies in mind science are indicating. . There are a lot more things I've learned through Yoga and doing this work for 40+ years that can change failure to success. I used this to heal lifelong disease doctors, natural remedies (I spent thousands) Reiki etc. did nothing for but reprogramming my mind eradicated the disease so I had a lot at stake when I was studying law of attraction, mind science etc. and recently I manifested $10K in 2 weeks above my income using law of attraction technique so it works but the mind needs to be developed and the shadow aspects of our personalities integrated before it can work fully but this video really explains the nucleus of the practice beautifully and is much more complete than most I've seen which is why I felt to add this comment.
