The Helicopter he was flying looks very old and seems technically not appropriate to fly. It should have regular maintenance issues too. So this happened due to technical fault and weather issues over the mountains there.

Lets review what we've got. Raisi and his crew went to visit them Afghan Talibans. As we all know, the tallies dont step outside their territory. For they believe that Mohammed doesn't go to the mountains, but the mountains come to them. So here he comes, Raisi. What was the purpose of them biz we can only take a guess. They usually argue over water and they often have different opinions about who is looking for who, so they mix people's identities cause Afghans don't go to school. Their career is to be soldiers since infancy so gunz, gunz, and more gunz. Now, that could be why Raisi team went there, but their chopper hit a high area so, maybe, the captain had sampled some Afghans during his flight. Did it crash at return or during travel, i can't figure out, but we can only go to the mountains for some good medicine. Wateva' it was, it wasn't worth the trip and the investment, cause if you hit it too high, you gonna crash high.
