Discussing the latest developments in Iran and what Iranians are fighting for in my latest interview on CTV with Angie Seth (aired live yesterday). As has been the case with other interviews I've had, I want to to reiterate that time is very limited in these short news segments so I try to stick to the main points. I can definitely elaborate and go into a lot more detail as I do on Instagram, but my main priority here is to amplify the voices inside Iran which are silenced by the regime.
As I've explained before, I don't find that my KZbin channel is a suitable platform for sharing up to date news and bringing awareness to political issues, especially since it's not related to the subject of the channel at all. That's why I dedicated my social media accounts to that, in addition to being very physically active at rallies and events, and talking to the media. I wanted to post my latest interview here as an update for all those who don't follow me on social media. I made an announcement here a while back to keep everyone informed about why I have not been very active on KZbin recently and encouraged anyone who is interested to follow me on Instagram for more updates on Iran: / bahadoralast
And if not, I just appreciate and thank you for your patience as my activities on KZbin are reduced during this period!

This is my latest interview with CTV's Angie Seth, which aired live yesterday, discussing the current developments in Iran and what Iranians are fighting for in. I've had other interviews with the media in recent months, such as this with CBC: instagram.com/p/CmpnmK5uDRH/ But refrained from posting other interviews and similar subjects here on KZbin because as I've explained before, I don't find that my KZbin channel is a suitable platform for politics, nor do I think it makes a difference in wanting to raise awareness, especially since it's not related to the subject of the channel at all. That's why I have dedicated my social media accounts for doing that, in addition to being very physically active at rallies and events, and talking to the media. I wanted to post this latest interview here though as an update for all those who don't follow me on social media. I made an announcement a while back to keep everyone informed about why I have not been very active on KZbin recently and encouraged anyone who is interested to follow me on Instagram for more updates on Iran: instagram.com/bahadoralast And if you're not interested, I just appreciate and thank you for your patience as my activities on KZbin are reduced during this period! Ps. Time is very limited in these short news segments so I try to stick to the main points. I can definitely elaborate and go into a lot more detail as I do on Instagram, but my main priority here is to amplify the voices inside Iran which are silenced by the regime.

Great job Bahador! I am very proud of your work and all your efforts and that of our Iranian sisters and brothers. We look forward to the day when Iran will be led by a government that will care for its people and also the whole Middle East so that we, the Arab nations, will have close friendly ties again with Iran, instead of this Ayatollah regime that's placed there to cause conflict and chaos in the Middle East for the benefit of other powers.

I was writing a 30 page research paper trying to support the thesis that the Iranian Revolution was never properly resolved from 1979 as a faction hijacked control over deciding the structure of the new country, then the constitution being rushed through during a wave of national pride as the hostage situation was happening, and like 3 weeks after I started the current expressions of revolution started happening. It is so interesting and in theory you could say the people there have been fighting for the same unmet demands since around 1905 in the constitutional revolution, of course it is expanded now to more inclusive groups, but for 1905 that was very much a demand for expression and human rights, right to self determine government officials etc.

As an Iranian, I admire Bahador for what he does because he is honest and doesn't care that he gets attacked by non-Iranians who support the regime, but the fact is, most Iranians are against the regime, and many speak out against the regime, inside and outside Iran. Thanks for speaking up, Bahador ! Your name in Hindi means brave, that I guess is borrowed from Old Persian, I wish the news reader could know that, when she asked "are you scared for your life, Bahador?" Iranian Regime kills its own children, teens for raising their voices and then talks about human rights in Palestine, Yemen, elsewhere? I'm amazed and shocked that so many of the Iranian youth have been sentenced to death for just speaking against the regime. Ridiculous!! I'm very proud of you as a subscriber to your channel, so many of other Iranians on KZbin stated silent on the issue. Best wishes from India 🇮🇳

Bro, sorry but you speak naïvely. The word "Bahador" is Persian, and is borrowed into Hindi. In fact, it is not even Hindi, but Urdu. The Hindi word for brave is Veer. Secondly, Angie Seth (the News anchor) is of Indian origin. You can make out from her pronunciation of the word "Iran". So she very well knows what Bahador means. 🙂
