Hi Codi and Michelle, I accidentally found your channel and I love, love the content, educational tips, and energy. For such a young couple, you guys rock! I love watching your family too since you are living out my dream. I will one day buy an acre and have two hens but for now, I am living it through your channel. Thank you so much for creating this channel and giving wonderful content. Please give a hug to Maddie and her calf for me. I love, love them! I am in the last phase of my dissertation, and your channel serves as a destressor for me. Please ask Michelle to share more of her recipes. I cannot imagine cooking for a family of six, three times daily!. I can barely cook interesting meals for myself. Blessings to you, your family, animals, and channel. I love that your family is grounded in Christian faith, and you truly are more than farmers! Keep up the awesome work. K.

Hi Codi, great tips on raising chicks. When raising chicks, it sounds easy on the surface, but there is a lot of things needed to be successful. Have to say, this a great learning and bonding experience for you and your son, he learns a lot and can make some money in the process.

Yeah, I want him to learn young. It’s a big part of why we started homesteading.

I assume u r using conventional feed? I totally understand that from a dollars and cents aspect. Do u eat the same eggs u sell or do u have separate hens fed all organically that u eat their eggs?
