@@therealglennthebaker Most of originals do sound great. Those engineers back in the day knew their craft. I will say that MFSL, even though they are now using a digital step, sound better than many of the originals, especially the One Steps. I am definitely addicted to the audiophile labels, they reveal so much more of the music.

Great talk about that album - you clearly have love for it. I used to have that 45rpm version but sold it on; I've got an original and didn't think I'd like breaking the flow as much via a 2-disc set. I did grab the 33rpm MoFi - the only MoFi record I have at the moment - and dig it. I'll have to listen again shortly for some of the cues you mentioned. I'm not a big audiophile-pressing person as I don't think my playback gear warrants it, but I like when a company colors outside the lines, in this case via MoFi doing something n the hip-hop realm. Favorite track? It's Tricky. Cheers! Tom

Yes, I heard the 45 doesn't sound that much better than the 33. I would definitely recommend getting that. Thank you for your feedback 🙏🏼
