I feel like the "Refusal of the Call" and "Meeting the Mentor" is there for the Hero's Adventure type of stories. In my story, the protagonist actually accepts the Call to Adventure so there is no refusal of the call and there is no mentor. But still the stakes are raised without the protagonist knowing it (reader knows) and the first threshold is crossed. Actually, in many of my stories the main character accepts the call to adventure and well, I feel like that's ok. It is all about how can the writer pull this off while keeping the stakes high. The protagonist will go through almost the same plot points as the Hero's Adventure anyways. Thanks for the video!

LOLZ SW inconsistencies. One could run a profitable channel just going over all the ways the SW story is a mess of garbage spawned from the inept. However, that would mean forcing myself to watch that trash again.
