I searched on KZbin for this video on sun moon and ascendant. Before I watch your video itself, I want to write this down: at 48years I have lived out, to a large extent, my obsessions (which I see as my North Node) and fought my battles (represented through my south node). And, as part of my moving on in life, recently, I 'shook hands' with my astrology chart (which I had been creating and recreating with the various methodologies out there!; the methodology itself does not matter too much if one is aware of oneself.). I began to consciously manifest my moon in pisces roughly projected by my 3rd house in pisces and my sun projected roughly by my 12th house (in the initial degrees of capricorn ). In one of your earlier videos I listened to how the moon is the ship that sort of acts as a container in the journey of the soul from its south to north node. I picked up watercolour as a medium and have been following it in an effort to consciously manifest my sun and moon. That is the premise under which I am now beginning this video.

I’m Virgo Sun, Leo Moon & rising. Fortunately I don’t have 3 different energies there to discern. I also have Pluto conj Mars & Venus in Libra 3rd house. In another video you explained Pluto in a way that made sense and helped me to integrate that Pluto energy . You warned about information overload and finding balance for 3rd house Pluto and you were right! Lol. I really enjoy your videos .. you’re really great at explaining the outer planets. Thank you.

In my experience I have seen Virgo and Leo make powerful combinations in charts, and can create a mastermind of expression & ego, emotional intelligence and head strong personality, Leo and Virgo are both super self aware and conscious of their appearance and what they receive from their environment... "know thy self" is their motto.....Sharing their light, magnetic presence, warmth, skills, creative and communicative abilities and diligence is what helps them shine most in my opinion...they also know how to make impressions, and can feel people out very easily.

I have now watched the video. Its a deep video. Thank you for it. I align with your defining the sun moon and ascendant, in terms of the energy (sun) awakening and reflecting my inner identity (moon) with the rising sign suggesting to 'show up every time' in order to spread that energy to the pinnacle of the being (midheaven). However, a discussion on the signs in the context of this would be helpful.

I have experienced two of the “basic” classes of a six week program. The way you teach us to look at the chart is finally sinking in. This particular video is a great awakener for me after getting some of the basics. This is indeed a more complex system, than I have encountered and my brain is feeling nourished and cared-for. For me, just learning the archetypes is not enough, though I am still stretching to understand them. I am finding your library of videos to be calling. They help me to see how it works together. I realize there has been a shift in your understanding as you have told us. Do you have a list of videos that reflect your current insights? Aquarius sun; Cancer rising; Sag moon. Did I understand correctly that b/c the moon rules Cancer and my moon is in Sag that means my rising sign is pointing towards Sag even though it is in Cancer?
