Nice powerplant. 340hp should be a nice number for an everyday driver. I am digging the simplistic 5 star wheels. The red on this one looks tasty. Pricey SUV but it is a Porsche after all. I personally like the Audi Q8 Prestige for this kind of money. Thanks for another sweet review Joe. ☮️👍

Haven't seen the review but of course it is better than the Q8. Its different level. Audi, BMW and Mercedes compete against each other. Porsche its above all of them, also in pricing (by a lot).

I have great respect for the Porsche name and history. So go ahead and laugh, but my new 3lt Camaro is built well, has 90% of these amenities, and what the Porsche has that the 3lt doesn't have is minor. Plus, I've got the naturally aspirated, bulletproof pushrod V6 that even beats the Porsche in mpgs. I am not bragging. I just had no idea until this review that my 3lt would compare so well!

I test drove it and honestly i am disappointed, I think the q8 has better interior, more comfortable. The seats in the Cayenne is very stiff and not comfortable, and the one i test drove was equippedwith comfortable seats !!! . The power is ok but not exciting. I used to have bmw f16 and it was more fun to drive.

We all love metrics so here we go ... "figures don't lie but liars figure" which we've all heard before ... From the $/HP metric the Cayenne is $113000/340 = $332 / HP ... the Trailsport Pilot is $52000/285 = $182/HP $332/$182 = 1.82 ... 1.82 * 52000 = $94600 (equivalent Pilot $$$) which is less than $113000 indicating folks are paying a premium for the privilege...or stated more bluntly .. folks are paying a ton a dough for only 340HP and a premium for "Porsche" ... my money is on the Pilot ... the $61K delta would buy a bunch of baubles/trinkets for the wifey ..."happy wife happy life" which we've all heard before

@@StevenMoon-i6k I think 350hp for a 5000 lbs SUV is more than adequate for the daily drive. And it has enough torque to comfortably pull a 7700 lbs trailer. If you want more power, you can always get the S, the GTS or the Turbo GT variant for spirited driving
