Because it's the game that introduced certain brain-dead units which can autopilot even if you play bad. The idea of having to use even one braincell is perhaps too much for the community. I'll take more Ultra units like Beast Gohan anyday compared to UMV or TVB. Those two units are the reason we have this awful meta.

He's surprisingly balanced ngl. He does significant, not game breaking damage. His unavoidable attack can be distrupted by a tap. His counter gauge can counter Rising Rush and Melee ultimates only unlike some Monkey I know. And other than disrupt and being neutrally defensive, he has no other means of staying in the battlefield, unlike Units with Endurance or Revival/Comeback. I was totally expecting him to break the game again but color me suprised, he's actually a good unit with no game breaking mechanics, and in the highest rarity in the game. Which I'll take honestly. It's really cool.

If taken into account from previous beast Gohan units and his SSJ2 counterpart, hes decently solid and actually takes skill, unlike UMV who can just rip your opponent to shreds even if you are a bum😂

UG4 didn’t really counter, more like he just deflects and resets, aldo countering rising rushes is way more impactful, plus this active skill is like a counter to all those massive debuffs to ultimates, I’d say he is better than UG4 at release but we still have stronger units in UMV and VB but he definitely stops VB and counters him even

I think the reason super saiyan 3 transformation have time limit as 100 counts because as a form it takes the users energy rapidly meaning shorter length of transformation

There’s at least two more Beast units we might see before we get until the manga gets adapted. A LF Tag Switch Orange Piccolo and Beast Gohan (Double Special Beam Cannon) as well as a LF Revival Orange Piccolo to Beast Gohan(Special Beast Cannon). We could get our first transforming UL unit as a Beast Gohan but I’d rather that go to a double Transforming SSJ Goku that goes into SSJ 2 and SSJ3.

He unironically is one of the healthiest releases of the year. Stop ridiculously long combos with art cost increases, Active gauge is strong but can be countered. He's doing what an offensive unit should be doing. Hes not canceling buffs 24/7 and his counter gauge is a one time use. Im genuinely shocked that this gohan isn't ridiculously broken. This is what ultras should be going foward. Strong but has a flaw that can be played around

Could you revisit LF transforming Rose? His "No Special Cover Changing" ability has gained value against Beast as Beast's buff cancel can't cancel it, meaning his ult/rush counter cover change will be nullified if he tries to cover change to stop a rush/ult while Roses ability is active.
