He already looks very solid with turles still being no 1. They tend to drop the worst possible timing of colors to later let them gain value. (Rev ui, baby, omega) So i expect this guy to be very valuable during legends fest

I think he is, that guy's kit is literally perfect. Amazing damage, sustain, endurance, debuffing, vanish restore, type neutral, I mean the guy lacks nothing. The ONLY criticism would be cover null but that's just picking at minor things.
