I only play pvp with my current teams without spending money and dont do dailies or missions anymore. While A16 is just there to **** himself and make S17's life easier. Also, people sometimes center their teams around UL Turles, so getting rid of him like that is really damaging to the enemy's structure

Actually, not every revival unit has that clause. While every comeback unit so far does, we only have two right now and I think it's likely there will eventually be one that does not. So self-destruct doesn't really "nullify" revival or comeback (which is a common misconception), but it's more that all comebacks so far and some revivals are not activated by self-destruct. RED Revival Cell, BLU Revival SSB Goku, PUR Revival Gohan, GRN Revival UI Goku, and Revival Nappa all don't have that clause and would revive even if their first life was defeated by self-destruct. As to why some have that clause but not others, I'm not quite sure. Partly it may be a balancing measure. But another factor is probably whether the enemy features in the character's revival animation. As obviously, it wouldn't make sense for a unit that has just self-destructed to be shown alive in an animation right after. Although I don't think that is the only factor as the enemy doesn't seem to feature in Turles' comeback animation either and he still has that clause.
