I hate how both Goresh and Ray think the hit cover null on Shin is better than instant null on Broly, if you swap into Broly and start a combo, you're safe, on Shin, you're not! Also, Broly is meant to be a Rushdown character like Gogeta, so it makes sense he's protected right way, Shin is support, there's no comparison.

It’s two different scenarios though, I’d much prefer earning it after a hit. You will spend more time fighting your opponent for priority (and thus easily wasting Broly’s).

This guy's main is so strong after fusing, he regains vanish, gets his unique gauge and a blue. That means you can have a type neutral, endurance nullifying, blast nullifying and high powered blue card with the 50% damage increase from the gauge. Even blast armor nullifying effects of ul gohan can't do anything.

On a full gauge on Gogeta in should last for two cards ie 3-4 timer counts, rather than 2. You really need to make a fast decision on a full gauge and what cards you’ve got.
