In retrospect its crazy to see how well the 2022 fest characters have aged. Tag 4's carrying an entire tag for an entire year and still being able to do good damage today and UGB being the best aging Ultra in my opinion VT i can't say for sure cause i only pulled them recently in the 100 ticket summon thing for...fest i think it was? so i never used them

Quick note: G4 does NOT Zenkai buff Tag 4s, and Vegeta also gets Vanish Restore on blue per own Card destroyed, as the only difference in the 2 of their Blue Cards is that Goku draws 2 cards, while Vegeta destroys 2 Enemy Cards.

It's the fact that they can still perform well in these circumstances because of how well they were designed. Yes they aren't the best pick and do need a plat of some kind, but they've challenged time and survived.

@@SAILBOATO well, it could honestly go either way with their plat if they do get it. if they get a Dragon Fist-like plat, they're going hella high. but if Legends decides to go all out for their first Tag LF Plat, they could go even more crazy and just stack buff after buff after buff on top of them, give them easy cover null, crazy stat increases. i know for sure Legends wouldn't forge about the unit that carried the most underrated tag for a full year, and i know that if they did give them a plat, it would go HARD

I got an interesting video idea! Since Rai hates AOE greens and countering gauges both of which UL Gohan has, he can build an anti-annoying mechanic team or basically anti UL Gohan team... The Goku side of the Tag 4's seals blue cards everytime he uses a card so they would be very useful in dealing with Gohan's gauge, you can pop his gauge without any risks, that's actually how I used to deal with UGB back when he came out And to deal with the AOE green he can simply use beast Gohan You can either build a GT team with Gohan in Leader and use S17 (17 sealing cards on taps is annoying too 💀) or have Tag 4's in Leader and build a Hybrid team with UL Gohan himself or Movie saga with UL Frieza if that's your thing...
