Raj’s 2nd update from inside the Montane Summer Spine Race 2024.
Now around the 50hr mark, Raj is digging into the current hottest topic out on the course… feet.

As they grind their way along the course, the waterlogged trail has been steadily turning our runners’ feet to mush. Today Raj explains the reality of dealing with this issue during the 6hr window runner’s are allowed to spend inside each checkpoint.
