You missed Banas river bridge after nathdwara station ...The name of the bridge is "Bavan Kota" which means (52 pillars).Nowadays Banas river is flowing in full swing.You should cover that.By the way my hometown is near by this bridge.

Its a beautiful journey and a unique one too as this route is being known mostly to the locals only from Rajasthan. In earlier days this track was from Udaipur to Jodhpur (during 90s) where regular day and night trains were plying connecting these two important cities of Rajasthan. I remember travelling in one of such day train from Udaipur to Jodhpur may be around 1988-89. The MG train started around 9am from Udaipur City station and we've reached Jodhpur by 5pm vaguely. It used to be hauled by a steam engines those days and they use push pull tech for crossing ghat section those days. Really Nostalgic. Thanks a lot Satya for this wonderful journey of my memory lane.

यह जो गोरम घाट सेक्शन है इस जंगल में जो पहाड़ियां है उनमें गोरख परंपरा के संतों की तप स्थली रही है इसी जंगल में काजलवास में गुरु गोरखनाथ मछंदर नाथ गंगा नाथ जी आदि की समाधि है यह स्थान बहुत ही चमत्कारिक तथा पवित्र है

I traveled in this train in 1992, at that time the train used to go from Jodhpur to Udaipur and it used steam locomotive and another loco was attached to it in Phulad to push, which used to go till Khamli Ghat.

I've traveled in steam loco trains, on all broad, meter, and narrow gauge track routes. It used to be so wonderful then. Now train traveling has lost that charm. This is one such route, which I feel should be preserved for antiquity's sake.

Just makes the journey longer!” “So that you can have Aloo-Poori, in a train?” They will sing of the Khwaja, and bring you closer to yourself. Between Kishangarh and Ajmer, every morning - in a train. What shall we make of this, and how long shall we endure? A cop asked me for money near Dhanbad. In a train! Kalka to Howrah was running late and we missed the party. Celebrated New Year’s with boiled eggs and tea. In a train. Papa once stepped off for water at what was only a whistle-stop.
