Today I made ghee from homemade butter. N tried d same process using leftover mava(i.e .D solid portion after ghee is separated from butter . I didn't allow it to b brown .Just kept it golden) and it turned out awesome...my kids loved it a lot..Thnx for sharing...Will make from fresh mava next time..
