Hi sir, I'm revising for my Unit Tests now and have one doubt... In centralization and decentralization, can we summarize it and say that Fayol believed that management should hold all the power, but it should just not be concentrated among the Top Level Management? I.e: the managers on every level should have concentrated power, but top level management has power over all the lower level managers as well? Thank you for the informative video, sir 🥰🥰🥰🥰
