At some point, the Indian Railways needs to upgrade stations so that people aren't able to cross the tracks...that is the only way to stop this from happening...no point in blaming people for being human...the system needs to be such that incidents such as this are minimized.

I live in a street where the grocery store is across the street...I take the shortcut which is illegal, but if I followed the rules it would take me an extra 7 minutes at least to go to the store and I'm not going to do that since most of the time I'm only going to buy one item. The infrastructure needs to upgraded, blaming people will change nothing.

There is many times problem with the narangi railway crossing .. which suddenly changes the signal.. I had experienced this in 2015 with Rajdhani express... And the gang man of narangi railway crossing was suspended.. a green signal in secs changing to red
