Fully agree with Rajeev Ji that diabetes type 2 disease narrative in general that it is life Long irreversible disease is not true . In most of cases - it can be fully reverse provided - food habits are changed and some sort of physical movements are incorporated in one s life style . I myself could fully reverse through use of Naturopathic practices . Persons who are more interested can read - Naturopathy And Yoga - by Dr Brij Bhushan Goyal .
