Rubbing alcohol/ spirit alcohol (same thing) is used to remove these bandages. You'll get it in the pharmacy. Soak the alcohol in a ball of cotton and rub gently on the skin while pulling the bandage simultaneously. The bandage will come off without any pain. So I am a student of physiotherapy although I don't have much experience with the kinesio tape and the correct method to remove it with having to suffer much pain is to apply deep pressure on the tape just below the area from where you are pulling the tape also a point to remember here is that don't heat the tape much as it would make it worse as high heat activates the glue just use luke warm water..

M not sure about this tape .. but hair dryer also works better to take the tape off.. you just need to use that onto the taping areas. The heat helps to soften the tape and it comes out easy. Even better to take a shower🚿 first then use the dryer ✌🏻 you are so cute BTW.🥰
