Not only methi but corriender and mint leaves palak I cut since last 15years at the time of purchase I ask vender to cut give to cow sd I donot like to bring home. Tamater you put in the end for nice flavour. We always eat Gajjar Methi in dry form. I only use leaves which taste shall better..I shall try your method next time .

Your method of cleaning methi is incorrect. The right method is first u pick the healthy leaves, wash them clean and then cut them. But U have cut the leaves beforehand without washing and kept it immersed in water for such a long time. So all nutrients from the leaves are lost. (Thumbs down here to u - a big zero ). Then again you have cut carrots and kept them soaking in water. Again all nutrients of carrot is also lost (thumbs down - a big zero again.) Next you added excess water to the vegetables to cook and later evaporated the water to cook on high flame ( all zero points to you) all nutrients are washed or burnt away. Your method of cooking is wasting away all nutrients from vegetables? And eat residue of the bhaji? What a hopeless method u suggest to people in this video. Waste of taste and loss of nutrients. Please learn proper cooking process from your Mom and then post videos. Nonsense cooking u are doing.
