I dont quite get why are people asking why mukund's caste was not shown. In many interviews it has been said that the request came from his family. So its logical to respect that request from the concerned people. Its about the life of 2 people beyond what caste or religion they belonged to.

If they want to make a film on the lower caste why can't they find the actual story and achievements of the lower caste?. Why this appropriation? They have made a film on Indian Army. tamil cinema don't make such films. generally the target audience of these films is North Indians but the raita that sai pallavi has spread, it won't be easy for them to promote in north India. Always remember major Mukund vardarajan was in 44 rashtriya rifles, not Tamil rifles.😁😁 so regionalism won't work here. I wonder Tamilians even know the role of Rashtriya Rifles.😅😅😂😂
